• Scheduling: Our team will work with you to schedule a convenient time for your virtual consultation with a Certified Sleep Coach.

• Assessment: During the consultation, your Certified Sleep Coach will conduct a thorough assessment of your sleep health. This may include a review of your medical history, sleep habits, and any other factors that may be affecting your sleep.

• Personalized Plan: Based on this assessment, your Certified Sleep Coach will develop a personalized clinical sleep plan that is tailored to your individual needs and goals. This may include lifestyle modifications, sleep therapy sessions, and other interventions that are designed to help you achieve restful, restorative sleep.

• Education and Support: Your Certified Sleep Coach will provide you with education about healthy sleep habits and other strategies that can help you achieve optimal sleep health. They will also be available to provide ongoing support and guidance as you work to achieve your sleep health goals.

At PROSOMNIA Sleep ®, we understand that every patient has unique needs and concerns when it comes to sleep health. That's why we offer a personalized PROSOMNIA Sleep ® treatment plan that is tailored to your individual needs, preferences, and goals.

• PROSOMNIA Sleep Questionnaire:

• Your personalized treatment plan will be developed in close collaboration with our PROSOMNIA Sleep ®  "Dream Team" and Your Sleep Score Specialists of experienced sleep specialists and healthcare professionals, who will take the time to get to know you and understand your unique circumstances. Your PROSOMNIA Sleep ® Questionnaire, will allow us to conduct a thorough assessment of your sleep health, including your medical history, sleep habits, and any underlying conditions that may be affecting your sleep.

• PROSOMNIA Sleep  Assessment: Based on the results of your Sleep Assessment,  we will develop a customized PROSOMNIA Sleep ® Treatment Plan that is designed to address your specific needs and goals. This may include a combination of PROSOMNIA Sleep ® Therapy sessions, lifestyle modifications, and other interventions that are tailored to your individual needs.

• Our goal is to help you achieve restful, restorative sleep that supports your overall health and well-being. With our personalized sleep treatment plan, you can be confident that you are receiving the best possible care and support for your individual needs.

• Arrival and Check-in: On the day of your PROSOMNIA Sleep ® Session, you will be warmly welcomed by your PROSOMNIA Sleep ® "Dream Team".  

• Pre-Session Consultation: Before your session begins, you will have the opportunity to meet with your PROSOMNIA Sleep ® Dream Team to discuss your individual needs and concerns. We will review your medical history, sleep habits, and any other factors that may be affecting your sleep.

• Throughout your treatment, we will monitor your progress closely and make adjustments as needed to ensure that you are achieving the best possible outcomes. 

• We will also provide you with ongoing support and guidance, including education about healthy sleep habits and other strategies that can help you achieve optimal sleep health and goals. 

During a PROSOMNIA Sleep ® Session, you can expect a safe and comfortable experience that is designed to help you achieve restful, restorative sleep. Here's what you can expect during your session:

• Once you are ready to begin your session, you will be led to a private, comfortable room where you will be administered safe and effective anesthesia- induced sleep. During the session, you will be closely monitored by an Anesthetist, a member of your Dream Team, who will be physically present, in the room with you, throughout your PROSOMNIA Sleep ® Session. Additionally, the other members of your entire Dream Team, an Anesthesiologist, a Registered Nurse and a Paramedic or EMT, will be readily available for you, to  ensure your safety and well-being at all times.

• PROSOMNIA Sleep ® Session: The sleep session will begin. During which time you will be able to relax and sleep comfortably, knowing that you are in the hands of professional airway experts.  Our team will monitor your vital signs and ensure that you are safe and comfortable at all times.  

• Throughout your PROSOMNIA Sleep ® Session, our team will be dedicated to ensuring your comfort, safety, and well-being. We are committed to providing the highest quality care possible, and will work closely with you to ensure that you have a positive experience and achieve the best possible outcomes.

• Post-PROSOMNIA Sleep ® Session Care: When the session is complete, you will be gently be awakened by your PROSOMNIA Sleep ® Dream member and given time to peacefully, awaken, refreshed and rejuvenated before you are discharged. 

• We will follow up with you and your preferred sleep partner to discuss your results and to provide any necessary recommendations or support to help you achieve your sleep health goals.

• Follow-Up: After your session, our team will follow up with you and your preferred sleep partner to discuss the results and provide any necessary recommendations or support. We may recommend additional PROSOMNIA Sleep ® Therapy Sessions or other interventions to help you achieve optimal sleep health.

• Results: Depending on the nature of your sleep concerns, you may notice immediate improvements in your sleep quality after your session. In other cases, it may take several sessions to achieve the desired results. Our team will work closely with you to develop a customized treatment plan that is tailored to your individual needs and goals.

• Ongoing Support: Our team is committed to providing ongoing support and guidance to help you achieve optimal sleep health. We will provide you with education about healthy sleep habits, lifestyle modifications, and other strategies that can help you achieve restful, restorative sleep. 

If you have completed a PROSOMNIA Sleep ® Therapy Session and are still experiencing sleep issues, there may be a variety of reasons why additional sessions may be necessary: 

•  Complex Sleep Disorders: While some sleep disorders can be effectively treated with one session, others may require a more comprehensive approach o effectively address and manage; such as sleep apnea and narcolepsy.    

• Lifestyle Changes: Making lifestyle changes to improve sleep habits can take time and effort. Additional sessions can provide you with continued support and guidance as we will work w to develop healthier habits that can positively impact your sleep.

• Personalized Treatment Plans: Every patient is unique, and the factors contributing to their sleep issues may vary. Additional PROSOMNIA Sleep ® Sessions can provide you with continued support and guidance as we will work wi to develop healthier habits that can positively impact your sleep.

• Long-Term Sleep Improvement: Achieving restful sleep is a process that can take time, and results may not be immediately apparent. Additional sessions with PROSOMNIA Sleep ® can help you make gradual progress towards better sleep and establish a solid foundation for long-term sleep improvement.

• Ongoing Support: Even after you have completed PROSOMNIA Sleep ®  Therapy, ongoing support can be beneficial. Additional sessions can provide you with the guidance and resources you need to continue to improve your sleep and maintain the progress you have made.

The medication used for PROSOMNIA Sleep Therapy is a powerful sedative medication that is commonly used in medical settings to induce and maintain anesthesia. Like all medications, it can have potential side effects, which may include:

• Slow breathing (hypoventilation)
• Bradycardia (low heart rate)
• Injection site pain or irritation
• Nausea or vomiting
• Headache or dizziness
• Confusion or disorientation
• Muscle weakness or tremors
• Seizures (in rare cases)
• Allergic reactions (including rash, itching, or difficulty breathing)

It's important to note, the medication used for PROSOMNIA Sleep Therapy **IS APPROVED BY THE FDA FOR HUMAN INGESTION ** and the medication is generally considered safe when administered by a trained healthcare professional in a controlled medical setting.
